Accessibility

We build AYBIZA to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, for this website and for the AYBIZA workspace.
What is in place
- The workspace is built to be operated with a keyboard alone, selection lists included.
- Form fields carry visible labels, and an error or a hint is announced with the field it belongs to.
- Text colors are designed to a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 in the light and the dark theme.
- A screen reader announces a colleague’s new message once, as it arrives.
- The website chat respects a reduced-motion setting, and its buttons are at least 44 pixels square.
- One-time codes fill from the device’s code suggestions.
Known limitations
- AYBIZA has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist. This statement is our own assessment.
- Charts in the workspace show their figures visually. Ask AY for the same figures and it answers in text.
- A phone call with an AYBIZA agent is a voice conversation. A business can also offer the same agent through website chat or text messages.
Tell us what blocks you
Write to support@aybiza.com, say which page and what you were trying to do, and we reply within one business day. If a barrier stops you from using a part of AYBIZA you need, we will help you complete the task another way while we fix it.
