Pricing

Bring your own keys. No per-seat fees. Pay only for what your agents do.
Usage is metered in credits, and credits pay for exactly one thing: production work done by your AI agents. A minute your agent spends on a live call, or an action it takes — a reply on your website widget or API, a webhook, an automation run. Everything else is free: talking to your agents in the workspace, reading your data, and testing agents before they go live.
What agent work costs
| What your agents do | Credits |
|---|---|
| Voice call — standard pipeline | 4 per minute |
| Voice call — budget pipeline (self-hosted speech) | 3 per minute |
| Voice call — premium voices | 7 per minute |
| Realtime speech-to-speech call | 5 per minute (9 with the premium realtime engine) |
| Reply on your website widget or API | 1 per message |
| External action — webhook, custom tool, or automation run | 1 per action |
| Web search | 3 per search |
| Verification text message | 3 per message |
| Text message to a caller, sent during a call | 3 per message |
| Phone number | 100 per month |
| Batch transcription (self-hosted) | 1 per 10 minutes of audio |
| Batch transcription (managed fallback) | 1 per minute of audio |
| Batch speech generation (self-hosted) | 1 per 2.5 minutes of audio |
Every agent shows its own production rate before you publish it, resolved from the pipeline it actually runs. Reads never cost credits, and internal workspace conversations with your agents are free on every plan, with generous daily caps.
What credits cost
Credits are $0.05 each on the free Starter plan, and get cheaper as you buy more or subscribe:
| Top-up | Price | Per credit |
|---|---|---|
| 500 credits | $25 | 5.0¢ |
| 1,000 credits | $48 | 4.8¢ |
| 5,000 credits | $225 | 4.5¢ |
| 10,000 credits | $430 | 4.3¢ |
| 25,000 credits | $1,000 | 4.0¢ |
Purchased credits never expire.
What you pay in
Prices on this page are shown in your region’s currency. Your billing currency is set from your company’s country when you create your account, and does not change afterwards — so if you are reading this away from home, you will be billed in your company’s currency, not the one shown here.
A business in the euro area is billed in euro, a UK business in pounds, and everyone else in US dollars.
The number is the same in every currency: a top-up priced at 25 costs 25 dollars, 25 euro or 25 pounds depending on where your company is. Each market has its own price rather than one price put through an exchange rate, so what you are quoted does not move when the rate does — and we collect in your own currency instead of charging you a conversion fee on every payment.
Plans
Every plan includes the core platform and unlimited team members. A plan sets the price of your credits, your operating limits, your support level, and the provider roster available to your agents. Starter excludes two premium voice providers; Scale and Enterprise include the complete provider roster.
- Starter — $0. Pay as you go at $0.05 per credit. 1,000 signup credits that never expire, plus 200 free credits each month (these expire at month-end). Free credits cover everything except live phone calls and the premium voices — those two need paid credits, and any top-up unlocks both.
- Scale — $997 per month with 25,000 credits included and overage at $0.04 per credit. Annual billing is $9,970 (two months free). Higher limits, priority support, and a 99.9% uptime target.
- Enterprise — custom credit volume and a negotiated rate, on an Order Form.
Operating limits
These are the ceilings each plan carries. Ask AYBIZA “how close am I to my limits” in the workspace at any time. For contacts, storage, workspace turns and widget conversations it reports what you have used and what is left; for the rate limits below it reports the ceiling, since those are measured per minute rather than per day.
A turn is one exchange with an agent, not a whole conversation — a ten-message back-and-forth in the workspace spends ten of them.
| Limit | Starter | Scale | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Simultaneous voice calls | 5 | 50 | 200 |
| Longest single call | 30 minutes | 2 hours | 24 hours |
| Stored contacts | 25,000 | 500,000 | Unlimited |
| Stored files and recordings | 5,000 MB | 50,000 MB | Unlimited |
| Agent turns in the workspace | 100 per day | 1,000 per day | Unlimited |
| Website widget conversations | 50 per day | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| API requests per credential | 60 per minute | 300 per minute | 600 per minute |
| Voice providers | Two premium voice engines excluded | All | All |
| Team members | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Archiving a contact returns it to your allowance. Higher ceilings on any line are available on Enterprise.
How long we keep your data
Retention is the same on every plan, and you set it. The defaults:
| Data | Kept for | You can set it to |
|---|---|---|
| Call records | 2 years | 30 days – 10 years |
| Customer messages | 2 years | 30 days – 10 years |
| Workspace team chat | 2 years | 30 days – 10 years |
| Call recordings | 90 days | 1 – 730 days |
| Caller memory used by agents | 45 days | 1 – 730 days |
| Analytics | 1 year | 30 days – 7 years |
Lengthening a window takes effect immediately. Shortening one needs a second person on your team to approve it, because everything past the new date is deleted on the next nightly sweep and cannot be recovered.
The same ranges apply wherever your data is stored. Data-protection law sets no maximum retention period. GDPR Article 5(1)(e) asks you to keep personal data no longer than your stated purpose needs, to be able to justify the period you chose, and to enforce it — which is what these controls are for. Keeping data indefinitely is not a valid period, which is why every window here has an end.
Call recordings are the one case where supervisory authorities commonly publish an expectation: 30 to 90 days unless a specific purpose justifies longer. We show that alongside the setting. The period itself is yours to decide, and yours to justify.
Audit logs are kept for seven years and are not adjustable.
Bring your own keys
Connect your own AI, speech, telephony, storage, or web-search accounts and that work runs on your keys: your provider bills you directly for it, and AYBIZA applies no margin on that leg.
| Voice pipeline | Managed | Partial BYOK | Full BYOK |
|---|---|---|---|
| Budget | 3 credits/min | 2 credits/min | 1 credit/min |
| Standard | 4 credits/min | 2 credits/min | 1 credit/min |
| Premium | 7 credits/min | 4 credits/min | 2 credits/min |
| Realtime standard | 5 credits/min | 3 credits/min | 2 credits/min |
| Realtime premium | 9 credits/min | 5 credits/min | 3 credits/min |
Flat 1-credit actions stay at 1 credit (the orchestration floor), and verification texts sent through your own account are never billed by AYBIZA.
Rates are the current published prices and can change for future billing periods with 30 days’ notice, per the Terms of Service.
