This page collects what a buyer reasonably wants to check before trusting a platform with their customer conversations: who we are accountable to, what we have actually earned, how your data is handled, and where to verify each claim.

We would rather state a narrow true thing than a broad impressive one. Where a relationship is an entry point rather than an achievement, we say so on this page.

Partner programs

OpenAI Select Partner. AYBIZA LLC has been named an OpenAI Select Partner. Select is a tier within the OpenAI Partner Network, a global program for organizations that build, sell, and deliver AI solutions with frontier models. Partners in the program get enablement, technical resources, and support for helping enterprises adopt those models in production.

Claude Partner Network. AYBIZA LLC is a member of the Claude Partner Network. We want to be exact about what that means, because the word “partner” does a great deal of unearned work in this industry. Membership is open and free to any organization bringing the technology to market, and tens of thousands of firms have applied. It gives us partner training, certification exams, and technical enablement. It is not a vetting, it is not an endorsement, and it does not mean anyone reviewed our product.

Neither program is an endorsement of AYBIZA by its sponsor. Both mean we sit inside a program, with the access and the obligations that carry.

Certifications

Certifications in these programs are earned by people, not by companies. No program certifies a firm; a firm’s standing is the sum of the individuals it employs and the work it has delivered.

Members of our team hold current certifications covering agent development tooling and the Model Context Protocol, the open standard AYBIZA uses to connect agents to business systems. Credential verification links will be published here as they are issued, so you can check them rather than take our word.

Being close to two labs does not lock you to either

AYBIZA is model-neutral by design, and the partner programs above do not change that.

You bring your own keys. You choose which models run which work, and you can change that choice without leaving the platform or renegotiating anything with us. We do not resell model capacity, and we do not earn more when you route work to one lab over another. Our incentive is that the work gets done well, not that it gets done on a particular model.

If a platform’s partnerships quietly determine what runs your workload, those partnerships are a cost to you rather than a benefit. Ours are visible here precisely so you can hold us to that.

Infrastructure and payments

The AYBIZA platform runs on Amazon Web Services. Card payments and subscription billing are handled by Stripe, which receives payment details directly — we never see or store a full card number.

Where your data is stored, which providers process it, and the notice you get before that changes are set out in the sub-processor schedule of our Data Processing Agreement rather than summarised here, because that version is the one that binds us.

Security, privacy, and legal commitments

The summary of controls in the platform today — tenant isolation, encryption, access control, audit logging, and how to report a vulnerability — is on our Security page. The binding commitments are contractual, not marketing:

  • Data Processing Agreement — processing terms, the sub-processor schedule, international transfer mechanics, and security measures.
  • Privacy Policy — what we collect, who processes it, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise.
  • Acceptable Use Policy — what may and may not be done with AYBIZA agents, voice, and messaging.
  • Terms of Service — accounts, plans and credits, liability, warranties, and termination.

What we do not claim

Stating these plainly is cheaper for everyone than letting you discover them later.

  • We hold no third-party security attestation or independent audit report today. When we do, it will be named on this page with its date and scope.
  • We are not listed in any partner directory. Directory inclusion in these programs is a benefit of higher tiers than the ones we hold.
  • Neither program sponsor endorses, warrants, or has reviewed the AYBIZA product.
  • Our partner standing describes a business relationship. It is not a statement about our security posture, our uptime, or our headcount.
  • AYBIZA LLC was founded February 2025. We are an early company, and we would rather you weigh that openly than find it out afterwards.

Every claim above is checkable, and we would rather you checked.
