What is AYBIZA?
AYBIZA gives your team and AI agents one place to answer customers, update records, book work, and follow up.
AYBIZA is a business platform for customer conversations and the work that follows them.
Your AI agents can answer phone calls and website messages, use your company knowledge and customer history, qualify a lead, book a meeting, update a record, and bring in a person when one is needed. Your team works from the same records and can see what the agents said and did.
The point is simple: the conversation, the customer record, and the next action stay together.
A call from start to finish
Suppose a customer calls after hours.
If the number matches an existing contact, the agent can see who is calling and a summary of their recent history. If the caller is new, AYBIZA creates a lead so the conversation has a record from the beginning.
During the call, the agent answers from the knowledge and permissions you gave it. It can collect the details your team needs, find an available time, book a meeting, update the customer record, or transfer the call to a person.
When the call ends, a recording is stored only if you enabled recording. The summary, key points, and follow-up actions are attached to the customer record. Your team can open the workspace and see what happened without reconstructing the call from several tools.
The same pattern applies to a conversation on your website: answer, act, record, and hand off in one place.
What is included
AI agents for phone and website conversations. Agents handle inbound and outbound calls, web chat, and API chat. The same instructions and business knowledge can be used across those channels.
Business records. Contacts, deals, tickets, projects, tasks, meetings, notes, and other customer information live in the platform. Conversations update those records instead of producing another inbox to reconcile.
A workspace for people and agents. Your team works with agents in channels, mentions them in a conversation, reviews escalations, and steps into a customer interaction when necessary.
Automations. Rules can start the next step: call a lead when a deal changes stage, escalate an overdue ticket, or open a follow-up task after a conversation.
What makes the agents different
An AYBIZA agent is a member of the workspace, not a separate bot attached to it.
That means it has its own identity and its own permissions. It can take part in the channels where work is discussed, use the records its role allows, and take actions that are recorded. It does not silently inherit a person’s access.
This matters because a useful agent needs more than a good answer. It needs the right context, permission to complete a defined job, a safe way to involve a person, and a record of what it did.
How your team stays in control
You decide what each agent can read and do. An action can require approval before it takes effect. Calls can be transferred to a person, and website conversations can be handed to a teammate with the conversation and customer record attached.
Before an agent speaks to a customer, you can test it by text or voice in the browser. Pre-production testing does not consume credits, remains subject to plan limits, and does not touch live customers. Publishing creates a fixed version, so editing a draft does not change the agent already handling conversations.
Who AYBIZA is for
AYBIZA is built for service businesses where calls, customer history, follow-ups, and internal decisions are spread across a phone system, inboxes, a CRM, calendars, and team chat.
You do not have to replace everything at once. A practical starting point is one agent doing one job: answer the main phone line after hours, qualify inbound leads, or handle the first response on your website. Add more work only after that job is performing the way you want.
AYBIZA is not accounting, payroll, or legal software. Those systems remain separate and can connect through the API, webhooks, or tools you configure.
